Service description

We provide informational trip planning and introductions to third-party surf camps, retreats, or accommodation providers. Unless explicitly stated in writing, we are not the surf camp operator for your stay.

No guarantee of availability or pricing

The Trip Builder shows an indicative price band for planning purposes only. Final availability, inclusions, and pricing are determined by third-party operators and may change at any time.

Booking & payments

Any booking contract is between you and the operator you choose. We are not responsible for operator cancellations, injuries, lesson quality, weather, or travel disruptions.

Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site (including scraping, spam, or fraudulent requests). We may suspend access where abuse is detected.

Liability cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of your use of the site is limited to €100 or the amount you paid us for the service (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limits apply only to the extent permitted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Portugal shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
